18 lakh Yaba pills seized in Cox's Bazar

Cox's Bazar Correspondent: Bangladesh Border Guard (BGB) personnel seized a large number of Yaba pills from Teknaf upazila of the district on Friday.
A person was also arrested during the drive.
Sources said that the law enforcers seized a total of 1,802,926 Yaba tablets from Damdamia area of Naf River and Damdamia BGB Check early Friday.
Teknaf-2 BGB Battalion Commander Lieutenant Colonel Asaduzzaman Chowdhury said it is the largest ever haul in the history of BGB drive.
Details will be disclosed later, he added.
