2 killed in Chattogram road crash

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: At least two people were killed in a road accident in Panchlaish thana area of the port city early Saturday.
The deceased were identified as CNG auto-rickshaw driver Mohammad Hanif, 40, and passenger Fardin.
Police and local sources said a microbus hit a parked private car and a CNG auto-rickshaw in the area, leaving the two people injured critically.
Later, the injured were sent to Chattogram Medical College Hospital where they died under treatment.
ASI Alauddin Talukdar of the hospital police outpost confirmed the matter.
