2 siblings burnt dead in Sirajganj

Sirajganj Correspondent: Two underage siblings were burnt to death in a fire at Bheka village under Jalalpur union in Enayetpur.

The deceased were identified as Sohag, 7, son of day laborer Jamal Hossain, and his sister Alladi, 5.

According to sources, the fire originated from an electric short-circuit on Thursday night.
Locals rushed to the house and rescued the children with burn injuries, after dousing the fire.

Sohag succumbed to his injuries while was being taken to the hospital, at the night. Alladi died while undergoing treatment at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital in Bogra early Friday (December 8).
