20 hurt in Gopalganj clash

Gopalganj Correspondent: At least 20 people were injured in a clash over a trifle matter in Tihati village under Kotalipara upazila of the district on Saturday.

Sources said that supporters of Bazlul Haque attacked Malek Mollah's follower centering a trifle matter in the village, leaving 20 people injured.

Of the injured, Shariful Hawladar, 20, Delwar Hawladar, 43, Hossain Hawladar, 45, Kaium Hawladar, 28, Ibrahim Mollah, 55, Manik Mollah, 60, Akbar Mollah, 50 and Kamal Mollah, 50 were sent to Kotalipara Health Complex.

Kotalipara police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Kamrul Faruk confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
