The people have been awarded with death penalty for killing Samyo in Gaibandha.
Eight people have been sentenced to five-year in jail and fined Tk one lakh each.
Gaibandha District and Sessions Judge Dilip Kumar Bhoumik pronounced the verdict around 11.30am on Thursday.
Death penalty convicts are Shahriar Sarkar Ridoy, Rakibul Hasan Sajib and Mahmudul Hasan Jakir.
According to the case statement, boy Ashikur Rahman Samyo was murdered on September 24, 2015.
