3 held for alleged human trafficking in capital

Staff Correspondent: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) held three persons from Al-Falah hotel at Vatara area of the capital for their alleged involvement in human trafficking on Saturday afternoon.

The detainees were identified as Zahid Biswas, 39, of Jhenidah, Md Ripon Ahmed, 20, and Md Dalim Reza, 22 of Meherpur.

Kamrul Hassan, Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police, also RAB-10 operations officer, confirmed the news.
