3 people drown in Noakhali

Noakhali Correspondent: Three people, including two children, drowned in separate two incidents in the district’s Subarnachar upazila on Wednesday.

Omar Faruk (10), son of Abdullah Sardar, and his sister Bibi Amena (7) drowned at Keramotpur village under Chorclark union on Wednesday evening.

The brother and sister went to the pond nearby their house to wash hands and legs around 7.00pm. Later, their dead bodies were found.

In another incident, a youth named Al Amin (29), son of Alauddin, drowned at Chor Aladin village.
