4 Rohingya women rescued before trafficking

Senior Correspondent: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-3) rescued four Rohingya women from Khilgaon area in the capital who are allegedly being trafficked to other country early on Wednesday.

The elite force also arrested two members of human traffickers’ gang along with huge passports and copies of fake birth certificates, passport forms and a computer from Khilgaon area in Dhaka, according to a text message sent by RAB headquarters this afternoon.

The Rohingya women were brought to Dhaka for trafficking, the message read.
