Cox's Bazar Correspondent: Members of Coast Guard seized four lakh Yaba tablets from Teknaf upazila on Sunday morning.
Public Relations Officer of Coast Guard East Zone Lieutenant Commander BN Omar Faruk said acting on a tip-off, a team of Coast Guard took position near a canal of Teknaf Land Port. Sensing the presence of Coast Guard, the smugglers fled the scene, leaving behind Yaba tablets.
The price of the Yaba tablets has been estimated at Tk 20 crore.
