Staff Correspondent: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested five members of the banned radical Islamist outfit Hizb ut-Tahrir from Mirpur area in the capital.
Identities of the detainees could not be known immediately.
Senior Assistant Director ASP Mizanur Rahman of RAB's Legal and Media Wing on Sunday morning said a huge number of provocative and anti-state leaflets were recovered from their possession.
Details will be disclosed later in this regard, he added.
