7-murder case PP's daughter forced to take 'poison'

Staff Correspondent: Daughter of Public Prosecutor (PP) of the sensational Narayanganj seven-murder case has been hospitalised after she was allegedly forced to take sweetmeat mixed with poison.

The victim Maisha Wazed Prapti, A-level student, is currently undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).

Several miscreants forced her to take sweetmeat while she was returning home from a coaching centre in the Narayaganj town on Wednesday evening, said her father Wazed Ali Khokon.

Meanwhile physicians removed the poison through washing her stomach. She is now out of danger, according to DMCH source.
