80 drug peddlers surrender in Chuadanga

Chuadanga Correspondent: At least 80 drug peddlers have surrendered to police in Chuadanga.

They officially surrendered at Chuadanga Police Park on Tuesday noon.

Tozammel Haque, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Chuadanga Sadar Police Station, confirmed the news.

He said, "Police were discussing the matter to make Chuadanga a drug free district. At one stage, they agreed to surrender on condition of concealing their identities."
