9 kidnapping ring members held in city

Staff Correspondent: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-2) have detained nine members of a kidnapping ring with arms and bullets from Agargaon area of the capital on Tuesday night.

Confirming the matter to risingbd.com, RAB Legal and Media Wing's Senior Assistant Director Mizanur Rahman said acting on tiff-off, a team of RAB members conducted a drive in the Agargaon area and detained nine members of a kidnapping ring with arms and bullets.

RAB members have also recovered a kidnapped person from them, Mizanur said.

The detainees could not be known immediately.
