13 killed in Chuadanga road crash

Chuadanga Correspondent: At least 13 people were killed and 10 others were injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a human hauler (locally known as Alamsadhu which popularly known as Nasiman) at Joyarampur area on Chuadanga-Kaliganj road of the district's Damurhuda upazila on Sunday morning.

Of the deceased, eight died on the spot while five succumbed at separate hospitals, according locals and police.

All the deceased were day labourers and residents of Damurhuda upazila, sources said.
