AL activist shot dead in Bandarban

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: An activist of ruling Awami League was shot to death after being abducted in Rajbila union under Bandarban sadar upazila early Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Kya Ching Thowai Marma, 28.
Local sources said miscreants barged into Kya Ching's house and abducted him around 2:00am. Later, the victim was found dead with gunshot wounds in Rubber garden area no-5.
Enamul Haque Bhuyan, officer-in-charge of Bandarban Sadar police station confirmed the matter.
Reason behind the killing could not be known immediately.
