AL to collect Bangabandhu’s memorable handwriting, photographs

Senior Correspondent: The Awami League (AL) has instructed all its party leaders to collect and send Bangabandhu’s memorable handwriting and photographs, if anybody had, to the central office.

Awami League acting general secretary Mahbub-Ul- Alam came up with the disclosure at a news conference after the party’s secretary-level meeting at the AL President’s Dhanmondi political office on Saturday.

He said the meeting has decided to collect memorable incidents with Bangabandhu, including photographs and Bangabandhu’s handwriting, if anybody had, and asked him to take help of AL district unit president and secretary in this connection.

Hanif, who also chaired the AL secretary-level meeting, said AL eight teams led by organizing secretaries in-charge will oversee the organizational activities of Bangladesh Awami League throughout the country.

AL joint general secretaries Dr Dipu Moni, Advocate Jahangir Kabir Nanak and Abdur Rahman, Organizing Secretaries – Ahmed Hossain, BM Mozammel Haque, Advocate Mezbah Uddin Siraj, office secretary Dr Abdus Sobhan Golap, relief and social welfare secretary Sujit Roy Nandi, science and technology secretary Engineer Abdus Sabur, forest and environment secretary Delwar Hossain and agriculture secretary Faridunnahar Laily, among others, were present there.
