Abahani beat Arambagh to reach final

Sports Correspondent: Abahani Limited reached the final of the Walton U-18 Football Tournament 2018, beating Arambagh Krira Sangha by 6-5 goal in a tie-breaker at Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital on Friday.

The match between the two teams was locked in a goalless draw in the stipulated period.

Farashganj Sporting Club, who also beat Brothers Union Club by 5-4 goal in tie-breaker in the first semifinal on Thursday, will face Abahani in the final of the tournament on May 13.

The champion team of the tournament will get Tk 5 lakh while the runners up Tk 3 lakh.

The other teams will be given Tk 2 lakh each as participation fee.
