Admission to govt schools starts

Staff Correspondent: The application for admission from Class VI to Class XI in 41 government schools in the capital started on December 1.

Students will be able to apply for the admission on the website http://www.gsa.teletalk.com.bd/ till December 13. Later, the admission tests will be taken from December 17.

All kinds of information regarding admission can be found at www.dshe.gov.bd and Teletalk’s admission website.

The total marks for students appearing for the admission test for Class II and Class III will be 50— Bangla 15, English 15 and mathematics 20. The admission test for Class IV to Class VIII will be of 100 marks—Bangla 30, English 30 and mathematics 40. The duration of exams will be 2 hours.
