Angelina Jolie arrives in Cox's Bazar to visit Rohingya camps

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) special envoy and Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie arrived in Cox's Bazar on Monday morning to see the situation in Rohingya camps.

She landed in Cox’s Bazar by a flight of Novoair around 10:30am. Later, she started her journey towards Teknaf Rohingya camps by road. 

Angelina Jolie is scheduled to visit Ukhiya Rohingya camp on Tuesday. The Hollywood actress previously represented UNHCR as a Goodwill Ambassador from 2001-2012.

Earlier, actress and global citizen Priyanka Chopra visited Rohingya refugee camps.
