Arrest warrants against Selima Rahman, 9 others

Staff Correspondent: A Dhaka court on Monday issued arrest warrants against BNP Vice Chairman Selima Rahman and nine others in a case filed with Mugdha Police Station under the Explosive Substances Act.

Judge Kamrul Hossain Molla of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court in Dhaka issued the arrest warrant after taking the charge sheet of the case into cognizance.

The case was filed with Mugdha Police Station during the non-stop countrywide hartal and blockade enforced by the BNP-led 20-party alliance in March 2015, bringing sabotage charges against the BNP leaders.
