Attack on Ivy: complaint lodged with police station

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: A complaint has been lodged with Narayanganj Sadar police station on charge of attacking Narayanganj City Corporation Mayor Selina Hayat Ivy.

Narayanganj City Corporation officer GMA Sattar filed the complaint on Tuesday morning against over 1,000 people mentioning nine names.

Additional Police Super of the district, Mustafizur Rahman confirmed the matter to media.

On January 16, more that 150 people including Narayanganj City Corporation Mayor Selina Hayat Ivy and 12 journalists, received injuries during a clash centering hawker eviction drive in the city corporation.
