Aussies scored 381 runs losing 5 wickets in 50 overs.
However, the match was disrupted by rain at the end of the 49th over during Australia batting.
Former Australia vice-captain Warner hit a brilliant innings of 166 runs off147 balls with 14 fours and 5 sixes.
Usman Khawaja scored 89 runs from 72 balls with 10 fours.
Skipper Aaron Finch hammered 53 runs off 51 balls with 5 fours and 2 sixes.
Glenn Maxwell hit a quick innings of 30 runs off 10 balls which includes 2 fours and 3 sixes.
For Bangladesh, Soumya Sarker bagged 3 wickets while Mustafizur Rahman one.
