BCL leader hacked to death in capital

Staff Correspondent: A gang of criminals hacked a Bangladesh Chhatra League leader to death in Mohakhali area of the capital.
The deceased was identified as Rakib Hasan, 27, BCL president of Banani ward number 19.
Sources said that the incident took place on Thursday midnight. Later, around 1:00am on Friday, locals sent him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctors declared him dead. Meanwhile, another one also received injury in the incident.
Banani police station Inspector (Operation) Sayhan Waliullah said the body was kept at DMCH morgue.
