BNP leader Sohel arrested

Staff Correspondent: Police arrested BNP Joint Secretary General Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel from Gulshan-2 area of Dhaka on Tuesday evening.

Masudur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner (media) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), confirmed the news.

He said, “Sohel was arrested on specific allegations.

Sohel, also president of Dhaka north unit of BNP, was sued in dozens of cases over different allegations including sabotage.
