BUET student’s death: Demonstration on DU campus

Students of the Dhaka University have demonstrated centering the death of Abrar Fahad, a student of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

A protest rally was brought out under the banner of ‘General Students’ from in front of Central Library on Monday morning and marched the various roads of the campus.

At the protest rally, students claimed that Abrar Fahad was murdered and demanded punishment of his killers.

Police rescued the body of Abrar Fahad, 21, a second year student of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and son of Barkatullah at Bardanga village under Kumarkhali upazila in Kushtia district, from Sher-e-Bangla Hall early Monday.
