Bangladesh bowling against Afghanistan

Sports Desk: Bangladesh are bowling in the first T20I of the three-match series against Afghanistan after they won the toss.

The match started at 8:30pm (Bangladesh Standard Time) at the Rajiv International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun on Sunday.

This is the second T20I between the two teams, with Bangladesh winning their only match during the 2014 World Twenty20 in Dhaka.

This time however, Bangladesh come into the match as slight underdogs as they are ranked two places below Afghanistan at 10th place in the ICC T20I rankings.

Moreover, they were handily beaten by eight wickets in Friday's practice game between Bangladesh and an Afghan XI, which contained many of the players that will feature in Afghanistan's XI today.
