Bangladesh team returning home on Saturday

Sports Correspondent: Bangladesh National Cricket team players are set to leave New Zealand on Saturday, Bangladesh Team manager Khaled Mashud Pilot confirmed.

The cricketers will fly in a flight at 12:00pm (New Zealand local time) on Saturday. The flight will land at Dhaka airport around 10:40pm (Bangladesh time).

A total of 19 people including players and coaching staff are scheduled to return in the flight.

Earlier, the third Test match against New Zealand has been called off following a terror attack that left 49 people dead and wounded 20 in New Zealand’s Christchurch.
