Barisal, Barguna DCs withdrawn

Secretariat Correspondent: The deputy commissioners of Barisal and Barguna have been withdrawn from their respective posts on Monday.

Public administration senior secretary Mozammel Haque Khan made the disclosure.

Barguna Deputy Commissioner Dr Mohammad Bashirul Alam and Barisal Deputy Commissioner Gazi Md Saifuzzaman were withdrawn following a social media outcry across the country over Barguna Sadar UNO Tariq Salmon incident.
