Barisal University VC gets death threat

Staff Correspondent, Barisal: Barisal University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. SM Imamul Haque has received a death threat through a mobile message.
A General Diary (GD), no. 875, was filed with Bandar Thana on Wednesday accusing a Sahidul Islam.
In the GD, he mentioned that he was threatened to kill by sending a small message to his mobile number (01819-227377).
Mentioning himself as Shahidul Islam he sent the message around 9.05 am on Wednesday.
Bandar Police Station Sub-Inspector Shamim has been given the responsibility to investigate the matter.
