Bodies of 23 plane crash victims arrive

Staff Correspondent:  The bodies of the 23 Bangladeshis, who were killed in US-Bangla plane crash in Nepal, have arrived in Dhaka.

A cargo plane of Bangladesh Air Force, carrying the bodies, landed at the Shahjalal International Airport at 4.10 pm.

The bodies are being taken to Army Stadium and after a namaj-e-janaza the bodies will be handed over to families.

On March 12, 49 people were killed, including 26 Bangladesh nationals, when a US-Bangla Airlines plane crashed in Nepal’s Tribhuvan International Airport. Besides, 10 more Bangladeshis were also injured in the crash.
