Staff Correspondent: A body was found floating in Hatirjheel Lake in the capital on Monday.
Tejgaon police recovered the body from water taxi ghat-1 this morning.
MM Maruf, Sub Inspector (SI) Tejgaon Industrial Police Station said that the body was floating upside down in the lake. Later, locals informed police station.
The body will be sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy, he added.
