Bogura 6 by-polls: Nurul Islam gets JP’s nomination

Senior Correspondent: Jatiya Party’s Nurul Islam Omar has been nominated for the Bogura-6 by-election.

The party’s deputy press secretary Khandaker Delwar Jalali confirmed the matter to media on Tuesday.

He said, Jatiya Party nominated former MP Nurul Islam Omar who will contest the by election in Bogura with JP’s ‘plaugh’ symbol.

In 2004, Nurul Islam had won with a wide margin from the constituency (Bogura-6).
