Bus-microbus collision kills 4 at Patia

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: At least four people were killed and 15 others injured in a collision between bus and microbus in Bheluar dighirpar area of Patia Upazila in the district on Sunday morning.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

The accident took place around 9:00am.

Confirming the matter, Patiya Crossing Highway police outpost in-charge ABM Mizanur Rahman said three people died on the spot while another one died on the way to Patiya Upazila Health Complex.

Besides, critically injured four others were sent to Chattogram Medical College Hospital.
