CJ urges reporters not to misquote

Staff Correspondent: Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha has urged newsmen not to misquote the statement he made during hearing in different cases in the court.

CJ came up the with the call while speaking at a book unwrapping programme at  at the Supreme Court Bar Association auditorium on Thursday.

He said for reporters, "Some misquotes were made what I said in the court. I request you not to misquote me. It creates many misunderstanding and puts me in embarrassing situation."
