Staff Correspondent, Chittagong: Chittagong Government College student Anwar Hossain has filed a case against seven policemen including OC of Lohagara Police Station in connection with torture and not to taking the case.
The case was filed with the court of Senior Judicial Magistrate of Chittagong Shiploo Kumar Dey on Thursday.
The court took the case and directed Civil Surgeon of Chittagong to submit the report to the court.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Lohagara Police Station Md. Shahjahan, three sub-inspectors of the same police station and three assistant sub-inspectors have been accused in the case.
