Case filed over killing of two Tripura girls

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: A case was filed over the murder of two girls after raping them at Tripura Para area under Jungle Mohadevpur Hill of Sitakunda municipality in the district.

Mentioning a name, victim's father Sumon Tripura filed the case with Sitakunda police station on Saturday.

Iftekhar Hasan, officer-in-charge (OC) of Sitakunda police station said that police recovered bodies of two adolescent tribal girls from a room in the area on Friday night. There is an allegation that a youth violated the two adolescent tribal girls.

Sitakunda police station duty officer ASI Hanif said police started drive to arrest the accused.
