Charge sheets in 2 cases of Samrat to be accepted Feb 10

A Dhaka court has fixed February 10 to accept charge sheets against expelled Jubu League Ismail Chowdhury Samrat in two cases filed by Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) under arms and narcotics acts.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge K M Emrul Kayesh passed the order on Wednesday, according to the court sources.

Along with Samrat, his associate another expelled Jubo League leader Enamul Haque Arman is also accused in the narcotic case.

Though Wednesday was fixed for accepting charge sheets in the cases, Jail Authority did not appear him before the court because of his illness.
