Chemical factories to be removed: Home Minister

Staff Correspondent: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the city corporation will get assistance to remove chemical factories from various areas in Dhaka.
The minister said this while addressing newsmen after visiting Chawkbazar in Old Dhaka on Thursday noon.
He said, “City Corporation is working to remove the chemical factories as it’s a residential area. Such incident would not take place if this there was no factories here.”
In reply to a question, he also said that investigation will be taken place how this kind of factories got approval here. The government will prove all kinds of assistance to recover the loss.
