Chhatra League should follow Bangabandhu's footprints

Staff Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that education is the biggest asset for students. Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) should follow the footprints of the Father of the nation Bangabandhu.
The premier made the opinion while addressing a programme at Suhrawardy Udyan on Tuesday afternoon.
Sheikh Hasina said Al-Badr and their cohorts took revenge killing the father of the nation. They hand over arms to the meritorious students after 1975.
“Education is the backbone of a nation and obtaining education is a big responsibility of the members of Chhatra League. Education cannot be hijacked and uneducated people cannot lead the country properly,” She said.
Meanwhile, the premier also asked the leaders and activists of her party’s student front to read the biography of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to sharpen their knowledge.
