College admission process in three phases

Admission process in Class XI at all government and non-government colleges and equivalent institutions for the session 2020-21 will start on May 10 while the classes will begin on July 1.

According to the guideline of education ministry published on its official website on Thursday night, the admission process will be performed in three phases.

This year there is no scope to apply through sending SMS rather than the students will have to apply through online. In first phase, a list of selected candidates will be published on June 8.

In first phase, students will have to apply from May 10 to May 20. Applications will be evaluated from May 27 to May 31. Students will be able to change their choice till June 3.  

A list of selected candidates will be published on June 8, and students have to ensure their college selection from June 9 to June 16.

In second phase, students will have to apply from June 17 to 8.00pm of June 18.  A list of selected candidates will be published on June 20. Students have to ensure their college selection from June 21 to 500pm of June 22.

In third phase, students will have to apply till 8.00pm of June 25.  A list of selected candidates will be published at 8.00pm of June 25.

Students have to ensure their college selection from June 26 to June 27.
Students have to complete their admission from June 28 to June 30 and the classes will begin July 1.
