College student electrocuted in Meherpur

Meherpur Correspondent: A college student was electrocuted at Ashrafpur village under Meherpur Sadar upazila on Wednesday morning.
The deceased was Shawon, son of Ariful Islam Babu, owner of Quashem Decorator, and a first year student of Meherpur Govt College.
According to sources, Shawon was electrocuted around 10.30am when he was trying to set a loud speaker at an electric pole at Ashrafpur village.
