Dhaka's rail link with Rangpur snapped

Bogura Correspondent: Rail communications between Dhaka and northern district Rangpur have been suspended on Saturday morning as locals spotted a large pit beneath a rail bridge near Bhelurpara rail station in Sonatola upazila of Bogura.
Benjurul Islam, station master of Bogura Rail Station, confirmed this to risingbd.com this afternoon.
The incident took place around 11:00am.
It will take several hours to repair the bridge, said the station master.
