EC orders to withdraw four OCs

Staff Correspondent: The Election Commission (EC) has ordered to withdraw Officer-in-Charges (OCs) of four police stations centering the 11th parliament election.

EC sources revealed the news on Wednesday.

A letter signed by assistant EC secretary Nur Nahar was issued to Inspector General of Police (IGP) to take immediate steps in this regard.

The OCs who were withdrawal are Kazi Mainul Islam of Ramna Police Station of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), Abdul Mazid of Sonaimuri Police Station in Noakhali, Kabir Hossain of Bijoynagar Police Station in Brahmanbaria and Mostafizur Rahman of Thakurgaon Sadar Police Station.
