EC to sit for meeting Nov 3 to finalise polls schedule

Staff Correspondent: The Election Commission (EC) will sit for a meeting on November 3 to finalise schedule for the upcoming 11th parliamentary elections.

A decision about the schedule for the upcoming national polls will be taken at the 38th meeting of the EC which will be held at 3:00pm on the day, according to a source at the EC.

The meeting will discuss issues relating to the upcoming 11th parliamentary elections, the source said.

Election commissioners hinted that schedule for the national polls might be announced on November 4.
