Election Duty: Army deployed in Comilla

Cumilla Correspondent: Army personnel have been deployed in all upazilas of Comilla district ahead of the 11th national election.
The military personnel begun their election duties from 12:00am on Monday as part of the country’s mobile strike force.
Cumilla Returning Officer also deputy commissioner Abul Fazal Mir confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
The troops went to their designated spots on Monday morning, and will continue their duties till January 2—along with law enforcement—to ensure a free a fair election, slated for December 30.
