Eminent folk singer Bari Siddiqui no more

Staff Correspondent: Eminent folk singer and flautist Bari Siddiqui has died. He was 63.

The noted singer breathed his at Square Hospitals in the capital around 2:15am on Friday.

Bari Siddiqui, who had been suffering from multiple complications, including kidney problem and diabetes, was put on life support for several days, according to family sources.

On November 17, he was admitted to Square Hospital when he was suffering from heart disease. Since then, he was kept on life supportat the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospita.
