Eskaton double murder verdict today

Staff Correspondent: A Dhaka court will today (Wednesday) deliver its verdict in the Eskaton double murder case, filed against Bakhtiar Alam Rony, son of ex-Awami League lawmaker Pinu Khan.
Judge Md Monjurul Imam of the Second Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court of Dhaka will deliver the verdict.
On April 13, 2015, a heavily intoxicated Rony fired gunshots from his car in Dilu Road of New Eskaton in the capital, injuring rickshaw-puller Abdul Hakim and auto-rickshaw driver Yakub, who succumbed to their injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on April 15 and April 23 respectively.
Hakim's mother Monowara Begum filed a murder case.
