Explosion in Bhaluka: Bomb disposal unit starts operation

Staff Correspondent, Myemensingh: Bomb disposal unit have started operation at the house of Mymensingh's Bahaluka which was cordoned off by the law enforcers after explosion, leaving one killed.

Bomb disposal unit from Dhaka reached the spot around 10:00am on Monday.

The team of bomb specialists disposed two bombs found inside the house, Nur-e-Alam, additional superintendent of police in Myemensingh confirmed.

Earlier on Sunday, a man killed in a bomb explosion in the house around 6:00pm. The identity of the deceased could not be known yet.

Following the incident, police detained four people including the house owner to interrogate them over the explosion.
