Father hands over addict son to police

Kushtia Correspondent: A man handed over his drug addict son to police in Mirpur upazila of the district. 

Sources said that becoming fed-up, father Nazrul Islam handed over his addicted son to police. Later, police produced the addicted youth Ashik Iqbal Imon, 25 before the court of Executive Magistrate, also Upazila Nirbahi Officer, SM Jamal Ahmed on Monday noon.

After a hearing, the court sentenced the youth to imprisonment for six month.
