Five promoted to senior secretary

Secretariat Correspondent: The government has promoted five secretaries to the rank of senior secretary.

They are Mohammed Sohrab Hossain, Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Education Ministry, Farid Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury, secretary of security services division at the home ministry, Md Shah Kamal, secretary to the disaster management and relief ministry, Muhammad Abdullah, Secretary of Ministry of Youth and Sports and Zuena Aziz, secretary to the Social Welfare Ministry.

The public administration ministry released a circular in this regard on Wednesday.
